(I hope)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><em><strong>Yes, the Saga continues\u2026..<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Welcome to excessively perspiring day 2, an indication of commitment on my part.\u00a0 TRhis is close to a repeat of yesterday from an exercise point of view.<\/p>\n<p>I used a variation of the \u2018Dumbbell snatch\u201d exhausting, dumbbell bench press on an exercise ball (challenging), One Arm Rows, Dumbbell Deadlift and Dumbbell squats\u2026..
