This is a recovery day. 

It is also the only day where you avoid Protein and Fat and do carbs… Specifically it is consuming fruit.  Trust me, unless you eat bananas, it is hard to get to the 1800 or so calories you want/need…..  The idea is to starve your body of Protein and then, tomorrow

Drink plenty of water…… you need it.

Tomorrow… “Volume/time training”….
