Greetings friends and welcome back.
The past 20+ days have been fun-filled and there are some numbers to share in a moment. My apologies first for not being as diligent as I had planned as life got in the way of postings for a while. The effort continues and there is some success that can be reported. First, let us remember that I am using the Navy Body fat calculator in figuring out Lean Body Mass (LBM) you can find it here: http://fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy and you can double-check my numbers.
The results are startling (to me at least)
- Weight: 197 Lbs
- Neck: 17″
- Waist: 37″
- Height: 5′ 7″
- % Body Fat: 21%
- Fat Weight: 41 Lbs
- LBM: 156 Lbs
I realize It is not the goal I have set and there is a long way to go. However, there has been a lot of progress made. Let us proceed.
In this journey I have realized that there are as may charletans out there as there are honest practitioners of health. Among both groups are included physicians of various shapes that back this fat-loss or that fat-loss trick and the only conclusion possible is ‘finding what is right for you… not what is right for their wallet. do your research.
Tomorrow I begin a Lactic-acid training gig again for 2 days with massive interval training. I will update you on those results when they are in and continue with a diverging of these story lines into one for research and another for musings…..
Peace for you, unleash the inner Arnold…. 🙂
