Cruising into Day 2: the Fat-Loss continues…. (I hope)

Yes, the Saga continues…..

Welcome to excessively perspiring day 2, an indication of commitment on my part.  TRhis is close to a repeat of yesterday from an exercise point of view.

I used a variation of the ‘Dumbbell snatch” exhausting, dumbbell bench press on an exercise ball (challenging), One Arm Rows, Dumbbell Deadlift and Dumbbell squats….. All followed by 3 sets od “Pilates” style Abdominal exercises, back extensions and rotator cuff exercises.  All with 40 seconds of high intensity aerobics between each set…..  T’was exhausting to say the least!

Tomorrow I will elaborate on cheap home equipment….  You will be surprised.
