Welcome again to the second lactic acid training day.

Yesterday gave us the first part.  We took the exercise and divided them between four body groups. Today we will do the same (without the High Intensity Interval training) in the following groups (and my weights):

  • Shoulders
  • Triceps
  • Quads/Thighs
  • Hamstrings

The result of tonight… Exhausting…. CAUTIONBe careful of your lower back.  It is tempting in squats, leg curls, and leg presses to go to excess.  This will only hurt your lower back and it takes a long time to recover.  Safety first!

 

No HIIT today… that’s tomorrow!
